Hi there! This is just a simple blog to share some of my life experiences with friends and family.
Life has been changing dramatically lately. Since graduating from college in the summer of 2006, I moved back home to Maryland, started my job at Westat, moved in with Sid to a nice little apartment in Rockville, got engaged during a wonderful weekend in Boulder, spent a year planning the wedding with lots of help from others, traveled to several new exciting places (including Albuquerque, Seattle, San Diego, Portland, and best of all, Alaska), moved to Laramie, WY with an adventurous cross-country drive, got married in not one but two ceremonies, honeymooned in Chile, and bought a house!
Here in Laramie, Sid has settled nicely into his new job as a Programmer Analyst at the University of Wyoming, and I have settled into my telecommuting routine with Westat.
We are thrilled – and perhaps sometimes a bit overwhelmed! – at this new life we have chosen, and all of the challenges and excitement that comes with it. We are enjoying every minute as we continue our journey together as husband and wife.
